Use this form to request a SPECIAL ORDER purchase for items not currently listed on the portal. These special order requests are for items that will not be frequently purchased.
If this is an item you would like added to the portal for repeat purchasing, please use the Request a Tool form.
All special order requests will be reviewed by the appropriate admin before approval and purchase. Please note that approved requests will not be added to Techline Tools inventory, but will be available under SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
Approved items will be purchased as a one-time exception, and extended lead times may apply.
After submitting your request, you can expect a response within 30 days. If your request requires more immediate attention, please mark it as Urgent and provide supporting details so it can be prioritized accordingly.
